Terms of service

At Hamadis, we are committed to ensuring the perfect fit for every customer. As part of our service:

• Free alterations are available within 15 days of receiving your order.

• After this period, a standard fee of 100 QAR will apply for any alteration requests.

• Alteration services apply to Hamadis garments only and are subject to assessment based on the original design and fabric integrity.

• Customers are responsible for delivering and collecting items for alteration at the designated location, unless otherwise arranged.

By purchasing from Hamadis, you acknowledge and accept these terms as part of our service offering.
