Refund policy

Return & Refund:

No refunds are available on any purchases (in-store, online, or at events) unless the item is defective, damaged upon delivery, or incorrectly fulfilled, and only with team approval.

 

Exchange:

Only ready-to-wear (RTW) items can be exchanged within 5 days. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and returned with original tags and receipt.

Custom orders are not eligible for exchange.

Exchanges will be issued as store credit, valid for 1 year.

 

Alterations:

The first alteration is free within 15 days.

Additional or late alterations will incur a fee.

For custom orders, alteration requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

 

Cancellations:

Orders may be modified only within 24 hours of placement.

 

Sale Items:

Final sale. No returns, exchanges, or alterations.
